navigate the Irish accounting landscape. Since 2021, Bia had noticed a growing need for a more
human, straightforward approach to accounting—especially among her clients with Italian
citizenship, who faced challenges when setting up and managing their businesses in Ireland.

Account Manager
Renata is originally from Tocantins, and a devoted mother to a little boy. She holds a Bachelor’s
degree with Honours in Accounting from the Federal University of Tocantins, completed in 2018.
With extensive experience in the financial and accounting fields, she combines professional
expertise with her passion for motherhood. At Simply, Renata is our Payroll Specialist, while also
help her clients as an Account Manager. Renata’s favourite hobby is reading books while watching
the sunset, a moment that blends her love for literature with an appreciation of nature.
Marina Canto Pereira
Executive Assistant
Marina Canto Pereira is originally from Florianópolis, SC, and specializes in company setup,
document management, and providing personalized client support. With an eye for detail and a
constant drive for excellence, she ensures every client feels welcomed, building relationships
based on trust and transparency.
Outside of work, Marina is a proud mom to Vicente, 5 years old, and loves to dive into her hobbies,
including art, design, and cultural experiences. This mix of professionalism and personal passion
adds a touch of creativity and empathy to her daily routine, reflecting the care she shows to both
clients and the Simply as Tax team.
Ana Lucia Delfino
Assistant Manager
Ana Lucia Delfino, originally from São Paulo, SP, is a communications pro with extensive
experience in sales. In 2014, she moved to Ireland to improve her English, and she quickly fell in
love with the country, deciding to settle down and build her career there.
Ana has been a key member of the Simply as Tax – Fatto Per Voi team since day one, serving as the
first point of contact for clients. Her focus is always on making sure each client’s needs are
understood and met eƯiciently, with a commitment to top-notch service.
When she’s not working, Ana is a loving mom to her beautiful family and spends her free time
surrounded by music, positivity, and joy. Her upbeat energy shines through in the workplace, where
she helps create a positive and supportive environment, making the client experience even more
enjoyable.
Bruna Paiva Ribeiro
Account Manager
Bruna Paiva Ribeiro, originally from Brazil, joined Simply as Tax in September 2024 as an Account
Manager. With a solid background in customer service and fluency in both English and Spanish, she
brings valuable experience in supporting clients and colleagues. Having lived in Argentina for six
years, Bruna has developed a deep appreciation for diƯerent cultures, which fuels her passion for
travel and new experiences.
In her personal life, Bruna loves being surrounded by nature, where she reconnects with herself and
recharges her energy. She also has a strong passion for art, whether it’s drawing, painting or
photography, she finds relaxation and inspiration in these creative hobbies.
Beatriz Bellotto
Founder and Director
Beatriz is the founder and director of the Simply as Tax – Fatto Per Voi team. She holds a degree in Economics from PUC-SP (Brazil) and an MBA in Finance from FGV-SP. Since 2004, she has been working in finance for multinational companies in Brazil and Ireland. Bia also holds a CIMA Certification and is currently studying Diploma in Taxes at Irish Tax Institute. Also she is a Treasurer at BRIA – Brazil Ireland Association and Volunteer Accountant at BICC – Brazilian Irish Chamber of Commerce.Together with her team, her mission is to provide excellent services, always putting clients first and sharing the knowledge acquired throughout her journey. Outside of work, Beatriz enjoys dancing – specially Forro, a Brazilian traditional dance, traveling, exploring world cuisines, and supports dog rescues. At the moment she is on the CPDA dogs team, fostering rescue pets in her home out of goodwill. She is a proud mom of 3 flurry pets – Daisy, Zara and Adele Giraffe.
